As a high-quality steak house frequent flier, I can say that this place checked all of the boxes. Fabulous food, clear & defined menu, fabulous service. We were there celebrating a recent graduation, table for 4 and would have appreciated (especially on a Monday evening) a bit of a bigger table as it was a squeeze to fit the main courses, side dishes, beverages on the table and the location of the table, in front of the waiter service entrance/exit and beside a very large party (12+) was not the placement we are accustomed to but this was only our 2nd visit to Bryant & Cooper. We didn't want to make a fuss and risk impacting the event itself so we made due. Again, food & service were wonderful & this was the "why" of our choice of this restaurant. Would return but would also be desirous of better attention to seating by the host.

Amazing steakhouse! Had dinner here with my family and the menu options were great. There was a wide variety of courses. I ordered the porterhouse for 8 people, roasted prime rib, cajun sole, tuna tartare, hash browns, clam sauce linguine, and chocolate mousse cake. Everything was delicious I really enjoyed the cajun sole it was soft and delicious. The tuna tartare tasted fresh definitely a great starter. Porterhouse was juicy too; I didn't really like the roasted prime rib. The chocolate mousse cake was a great way to end the courses. Definitely recommend coming to this steakhouse if you want to order more than just steak!

Always wanted to try Bryant & Cooper as word on the street is that it's one of the best steakhouses around NY! Made a reservation about 2 weeks ago and the only available time was around 3p. When we showed up at the restaurant though, it was quite empty and no one asked for my reservation. The restaurant appears really classic on the inside and the ambiance was quiet and classy. Our server was so happy to be there. He was very nice and introduced us to the menu. We got the porterhouse steak for 2 and cream spinach and fried onions. Everything was delicious! What I really enjoyed was the crispy outer shell of the steak and very soft and juicy inside; I would agree that it was one of the best steakhouses I've been to! One thing that was a bit odd is that they had a sizable parking lot and we parked in a spot, but then the parking attendant demanded to have our keys. I guess it's bc they want to organize the cars in a different way, but in the end we had to pay tip even though we parked our own car....I guess this is a old style classic. Overall would definitely recommend!!

Great anniversary dinner at Bryant and Cooper! My husband and I dined here last night for our second wedding anniversary. This was our first time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is decorated beautifully and the bathroom attendant is a plus. We didn't order appetizers and went straight into our dinner: porterhouse for two (medium rare and a side of fries). Before I get into the food, I want to mention that I feel like we were a little bit judged for not ordering more food. We received comments like "no appetizers?" or "only one side?" which I felt was extremely rude. We were fine with the amount of food we ordered, thanks. The porterhouse was delicious. I wish it came out sizzling and I wish it was cooked a little more though. It was definitely on the rare side. The French fries were thick and crunchy. The waiters brought out some ice cream and wished us a happy anniversary. We had a great experience but be advised you may be judged if you're not dropping $1,000 on your check.

Bryant and cooper always hits the spot! Went for lunch today and it was so good! I had their marinated skirt steak special that was served with onions, mushrooms and peppers. It was incredible! It was also served with a house salad. My table also got the creamed spinach, hash brows and fried cottage potatoes to share. The creamed spinach is always my fave and truly tasted amazing! Highly recommend! I'd also like to note that I usually come for dinner and it was definitely less crowded for lunch as expected.

The first time I came here it was 3 stars, but now I've bumped it up to 4. The steak is just too good. I came here on Father's Day for a lunch since they opened a little earlier for the holiday. It wasn't packed, but there were still a good amount of people there. However, there were so many waiters which quickly crowded up the already small interior. Our waiter was nice, he went over all of the specials in detail and was helpful. For appetizers, we got the lump crabmeat cocktail and the clams casino. The crabmeat cocktail was good -- the crab was nice and fresh. The clams casino was weird. There was something in it I didn't enjoy but I don't know what exactly. For entrees, we shared the porterhouse, lemon sole, and sea bass as the special. The porterhouse was amazing. One of the better ones I've tried on Long Island. The filet mignon side was super tender and soft, and you always gotta remember to dip it in some of that beef oil. The ribeye side was just as good. Perfect amount of chewiness and fat. The lemon sole was nice and had a subtle flavor. I didn't really taste the lemon though. It was a soft fish but had a very light flavor. The sea bass was also good, but it was really thin and not as soft as I would liked. If you are looking for your traditional soft, pillowy, and buttery sea bass, I don't suggest you get this. For dessert, we got the creme brulee and the tartufo. The tartufo was already half melted when we got it served, but still good. Creme brulee was sweet and decadent. The food came out very fast and the overall experience was quite good! Maybe I'll come back for that porterhouse again.

Another absolutely amazing dinner on a Monday evening! Our server was top notch and customer service here is always good! Good service can't be beat! Would pay anything for it! We always get sat in the same spot which is a huge plus as we enjoy the ambiance and the location! Enjoyed steak, lobster, clams, berries and cream and coffee for dessert!
